Are the rates the same 24 hours a day?
Customers can enjoy the same rates 24 hours a day.
Is there a higher rate for the first minute than subsequent minutes?
Customers can enjoy the same minute rate applied to the entire duration of their conversation.
Will I be charged for calls that are not completed?
Customers will only be charged for calls that are connected to a destination.
What ‘other’ or ‘hidden’ fees will you be charging?
Customers can enjoy Zang’s long distance services without any hassles. Our services come without

Connection fee for international calls? Do I have to sign any long-term contracts?
No. You may pay monthly or yearly and you may cancel at any time, as long as we are provided a 30 days notice. Due to the low cost nature of this service we cannot provide refunds.
What is the per-minute rate for calls within the U.S.? What is the per-minute rate for calls to my international destination? Is it necessary for my address to exactly match with the address currently on file with my credit card issuer?
For security reasons, it is absolutely necessary that your address and telephone number match with the address and telephone number currently on file with your credit/debit card issuer. Your credit card will be charged, but no instant pins will be issued if there is a discrepancy. Discrepancy between the two addresses will lead to delay in issue of pins, which can be up to two hours during business hours. Existing customers can login
to their accounts to update their address and phone numbers before they proceed to shop.
Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards or ATM/Check cards issued outside of USA?
We accept the following major credits cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa. Unfortunately bank cards and personal cheques are not accepted. However we also accept all ATM/Debit/Check Cards with MasterCard or Visa logo.
Will I receive a bill in the mail?
No, billing is automatic with credit cards. You may review your credit card statement for verification.
What is your rounding policy?
Calls that are placed using plans subject to a limited number of minutes or prepaid amounts will be rounded to the next minute. We offer Unlimited Long Distance services for those who wish to enjoy to endless conversations at low flat monthly fee.

What is prepaid?
Prepaid cards are purchased prior to using the service. Each card comes at a fixed cost ($5, $10, $20) outlining the specific value of the card along with the preset number of minutes
that the card allows you to talk.
What is recharge?
Customers have the ability to manually recharge a card's balance, thereby allowing them to keep the same PIN number they originally purchased.
What is auto- recharge?
Auto-recharge option is a handy way to make sure you always have a minimum balance in your account. The great thing about this feature is that you can always place calls without having to manually recharge your account. Upon your balance reaching below it set amount, Zang can automatically charge your credit for the auto-recharge amount you selected. You will receive a recharge confirmation via email.
What is PINless dialling?
PINless is a time- saving feature that allows you to skip entering your account number and PIN (14 digits in all) when placing calls. Customers are able to dial the direct telephone numbers that they may connect to immediately; customer will not need to enter their local or toll-free access number nor their PIN number.
What does unlimited calling mean?
Unlimited means you can call at any time for as long as you like without paying more than the monthly service charge. This service is for residential use only. Business use is strictly prohibited.
Can I place more than one call without redialling the PIN?
If your plan requires you enter a PIN, then this information must be provided on every single call so you may enjoy the service you have subscribed to. We have plans that do not require the use of PINs- check out our PINless calling services.
Will I be notified when one minute is remaining? Can I reach a customer service operator 24 hours a day?

When does the card or PIN expire?
Prepaid cards and PINs have a life time of 30 days. To avoid using valuable minutes you may recharge your account yourself or you may let us auto recharge it for you. Please view these additional features we offer so
you may make the most of your money.
Can I make calls from my cell phone?
YES! You may register your cell phone and dial using the access number then dial your number without the 1. Only press SEND ONCE when dialling, never press SEND again to the destination number or you will be billed for long distance by your provider! If you subscribe to call block you need to remove this first so our servers recognize you as a registered user. Your may incur regular service charges by your carrier upon using your mobile phone for long distance calls based on terms of agreement of this provider
Do I need to switch phone companies to use this service?
No, you still need your phone company for local calling though. We are an add-on to your current service for long distance only.
What if I share my home with family or roommates?
The system will recognize your home phone number as a registered user no matter who calls from that number.

You may call anywhere in Canada, the US or the world.

How do I login?
You can login by simply accessing the Zang home page and clicking on "My Account." Once you click on My Account you will
be asked to enter your log in information and password. If you don't have an account you can sign up for one for free.

Our fully functional online portal allows you to review recent transactions, make changes to your account

Online Call History:
This allows customers to review and to have records of all of their telephone calls made utilizing our services. Customers can access this feature in the online account portal.
I moved and changed my phone number what should I do?
Simply call customer support and we will register your new number. There is a $10.00 fee for each number change or when you move to a new address.

Can I register more than one person?
No, our network only recognizes your numbers.
Can I register more than 1 phone number?
Yes! Unlike other services you may choose to register both your cell phone or your landline as long as both are in your name.
I have residences in more than one area code, can I register different area codes under one account?
No, but you may purchase additional accounts at the same low price.
When will I get the prepaid phone card pins? Can I use them right away?:
Prepaid phone cards pins will be displayed on your monitor as well as emailed to you immediately after successful processing of your credit card. Phone card pins can be used for making calls right away, you don't have to wait. We do not “mail” out prepaid phone cards. If you haven't received your Pin or product you can simply log back into your account and access your pin number and product information there.
